What is an absolute must see or do in Freeport and/or Nassau?  We will be there in November with 2 boys (11 and 15 years old).

We will be leaving on a Bahamas cruise in November.  One day we will have a port of call in Port Canaveral from 7 am to 7 pm.  I'm looking at the shore excursions trying to decide what to do with two boys (11 & 15).  Any suggestions? I have heard that Cocoa Beach is not very clean.  Any comments?
