Its very easy to get to the port from MCO. Leave the airport on route 436 north to route 528 east, about 5 to 6 miles..Go about 45 miles on 528, cross Merritt Island, stay to the left and you will see the ships

Most car rentals have a shuttle to the port from the local area. Some rental companies have more than one lot in the area, so ask for directions to the one that has the shuttle service..

My wife and I did the glass bottom boat in Nassau about four years ago. Nothing spectacular, not much in the way of fish. Unless its improved 100 percent its not worth it.
