Just got off the Legend today. The 5/24/09 sailing did stop at Roatan despite the earthquake. I saw no apparent damage though one of our tour guides said there was some. We also did the Gumbalimba park tour with the birds and monkeys. I'd love to go back. It'a a beautiful island. It was my favorite stop.

We were on the Legend this past week during the earthquake. It did not appear to disrupt anything regarding the cruise passengers. i wish I could say the same for the people of Honduras. We stopped in both Belize and Roatan. Had a great time at both.

We just got off the Legend today. In Belize, we did the Altun Ha and Belize City Tour. I cannot recommend it for your young boys. You will spend more time on the bus than at the ruins. Others on the ship with us had a great time on the river Wallace, but since we did not do that I cannot recommend which of those tours would be best for ...

We just returned today from 7 days on the Legend. We drove down from the Atlanta area and stayed at the Chase Suites at Rocky Point.  We'll be on our first Carnival cruise on the Legend departing the 24th.  I hope we can find a way for everyone to meet.  We'll be looking for friends for our teenagers to hang with (17G, 13B) as well as friends of our own.  For excursions we've got snuba in GC, Altun Ha and city tour in Belize and parrots + monkeys ...
