HA! We were just in Maine and Gloucester this past weekend and kept snickering at the accents. I know you prolly get sick of hearing people say"Paahk your caaah in the Haaahvahd yaaahd"!!! I'm always amazed at how thick the accents are 3 hours in any direction of us (Boston, Brooklyn, Long Island, Buffalo), yet we have no ...
Boston here ~ can't wait to get on the ship. So much to do so little time.... Can someone tell me why you would need a bungee cord for the balcony door? I have a balcony for the first time and was just wondering... See you all on the ship.
I wondered the same thing the first time I ...

Upstate NY here!  Dinner should be OK. I know we had 10 people at our table last time, so they'll probably have no problem keeping the 9 of you together. There were a total of 20 in our group on my last cruise and they put us in tables right next to each other. Then again, that was the late dinner which is typically less crowded. ...

No...you guys definitely aren't the only ones traveling without kids. I was beginning to think my friend & I were the only ones "sans bambinos"!! We're really looking forward to  the cruise and relaxing!

luvs2sail-I just noticed your post asking about where to meet on the Lido deck. I hope I am not breaking some unspoken "cruise forum ettiquette" rule by suggesting this, but another Roll Call forum I have been following for this cruise (http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=897681&page=15) has scheduled to meet on the ...

  • Re: the underwater scooter trip

I have done this trip. I guess you COULD wear glasses on this...the "bubble" that your head goes in is very spacious so as not to feel claustrophobic. However, to get your head in the bubble, you have to take a breath, and dunk under the water and come back up in the bubble, so your wifes glasses would be wet....
