     Although I have not been on a carnival ship, I can tell you most cruise ships have a small shower.  This is not to say that you Sis in law could not make do.   I found a pic of a bathroomn on the pride, it seems to be a standard cabin bathroom, no real description besides "Pride bathroom", so I cant be 100% positive of ...
