Thanks for the information about the Elation.  We are planning a cruise in July.  I can't wait!!!

Back from Nassau and Freeport.... We went on the GBB in Freeport.  It was terrible.  The boat was soooo rocky.  Half of the people on board were sick.  Men and children were throwing up on the side of the boat.  We did see all the fish and sharks; we also saw the shipwreck.  I will never go again. 

I have another question about boarding.  I hope it makes sense.  How do you know when your room is ready?  I have read about all these people saying what to do until your room is ready, but never tell how you know it is ready.  Can anyone help me?

Please give a report when you return.  I am going on the 16th of July.

VA_Cruiser, Our luggage is 2 in. too big on one side.  What do you think?   I know you are a very experienced cruiser.  The piece is 18 in. tall instead of 16 in. as stated in Carnival rules.  Rhonda

The piece I am talking about is not a carry on.  I am talking about a check- in piece.  Do you think it will cause a problem being 2 inches too big on one side? 

Our luggage is 18 high instead of the 16 required by Carnival.  Do you think we will have trouble? 

We are going in Freeport in just 24 days.    I will let you know when we return.

We are going on the Glass Bottom Boat.  Our trip is in 29 days so I can let you know after that.  It sounds like it would be good.
