I hear you about being excited. I swore to my husband I would not be on this post till the days got shorter and here I am. We just cruised on the Legend in Aug. and came home and booked the Freedom for Aug 14, 2010. Its a long count down, but I can count to 328 days and hopefully it will go by fast. We sailed on the Carnival Legend and did get to go to Roatan on 8/7/09. It is beautiful and peaceful, there was nothing out of the ordinary, just very pleasant people and a wonderful island. We did the Bodden tour and  went everywhere we had requested plus some. Enjoy the stop it is paradise

We live in Tampa and have gone to Channelside numerous times to spend an evening. There are a few shops, eating places, bowling alley and Imax movie theater. If you are there later in the evening on a Fri. or Sat. here is also a street party with music and drinks in the court yard. It is a fun place to spend a few hours. Enjoy your cruise and hope ...
