We are sailing on 10/4 and I reserved a private tour of Roatan with Victor Bodden tours.  There are great reviews of this company on here and on cruise critic.  You do not have to pay anything to reserve a tour.  The rates seem reasonable, and best of all you get to pick the things you are interesting in doing/seeing!!!
