I loved my 1st cruise so much on the Holiday that I have booked 8-28-10 on the Elation.  I know that the Holiday was an older and smaller ship so I am really looking forward to sailing out of Mobile on the Elation.  Hopefully by booking early I'll get some obc.    

 Make sure to take power strip.  Also, the next time I go I am taking one of the shoe bags, that hangs over a door with different compartments, to hang on the bathroom door. 

I went on my 1st cruise in Sept. and booked through a TA.  Now I'm thinking about doing it on my own, but would you suggest doing it on web page or speaking to someone at Carnival to do it.  I spoke to a guy, Cory, last night and he was super nice. Just need to know what the pro's and con's are.  I'm hooked on ...

I am getting ready to do booking for next October, and wondered if anyone could make suggestion on which rooms I should try for.  I was on the main floor of the Holiday and was able to come aboard and disbark just below my room.  Can't wait for Elation to get to Mobile.  Any suggestions are welcome.  

I know this is proabably a silly question, but we went on our 1st cruise on 9-12-09 and fell in love with the Holiday staff.  Will they be reassigned to other ships or will they be on the Elation when it sails out of Mobile?  Just wondered about these terrific people.  

On the drive to Mobile for our 9-12 cruise it rained all the way to Mobile that Friday, still raining Sat. morning when we left to go to the ship. Amazingly when we boarded and walked out on the deck the sun was shining.  Rest of the trip was wonderful.  Wished I was going tomorrow.  Have fun.

The great staff, food, relaxing by the pool, shows, etc.  Meeting new people.  I guess I just liked everything.  Learned what to carry and not carry next time.  The main thing is to relax, don't worry about anything and have a great time.

Just got back from the Holiday on my very 1st cruise today.  Loved it!!  I am now hooked.  Can't wait to book my next one.  

This is my 1st cruise on the 12th and I am getting so nervous.  I'm scared that I am going to forget something important to take. Printed my documents out, got passport, got clothes  out and ready to pack them.  Any suggestions on what  else I may need. I am so excited.  See everyone Saturday!
