Question?? What if someone couldnt pay in the time they say you have to? Does thier cruise get cancelled? Just curious

Ok so let me ask. Seven mile beach cost $$ right? I heard that when u get off the ship then the taxi takes you to the Carnival Beach,which is free. Am i right? I thought that Seven mile beach was the free one but im thinking im wrong Thanks for any info
