  Great point Walt .. If only they had  showed up and  boarded the ship  they  may have  been able to use  that as a  way out, and poss get a  refund  or  credit ..     BUT  .. Because they  did not  even  show  up  or  board  the  ...

 You paid  for  your cruise  and   just  did  not  show  up   because  of  weather ... That  was  a  dumb  move  . Carnival  made money  on that cruise  then.. You will not  get  a refund  and  after 6 months  ...

 You can use  American money  most anywhere in Canada , But beware  that your change  will be  returned  in Canadian  Money

 Its  about  5 blocks  away   from  where the  boat   docks  .. Yes  you  can do that  and  many other  tours  are  right there .. whale  watching , old  sailboats  and  a  bunch of  others 

 You could  also  get  a  taxi to show you the reversing falls  and  peggys  cove  for  about  $70 .. You can make  deals   with  them outside  the terminal .. We took a  tour  and  afterwards  we  realized it was a  waste . you could  do ...
