• Re: Extreme Canopy excursion

We just got back from a Mexican Riviera cruise on NCL (we'll never cruise with them again but that's for another post) while in Puerto Valarta we did the extreme canopy tour offered by Vallarta, it was actually booked through NCL and was about $125 and worth EVERY PENNY, we went up the mountian 2500 ft via coach (there should have been a ...

  • Re: Engine noise & vibration aft on deck 7?

I'm assuming that the cabin with the wrap around was 7440? our extended family were on the Legend this last June, we had the wrap around suite on port side deck 5 BEST balcony on a ship I've ever had (just as well there were 8 of us) the room was a little small due to the way the deck wrapped around, I see that on the conquest class ships ...

  • Re: Legend Balcony Door Question-Important!!

I have to say that if my kids were of an age that I could not trust them to stay in their cabin, then they would not be in a cabin on their own, Carnival does supply rooms that have bunk neds for kids for that very purpose
Now there is has been a military coup: CNN Coverage Please let us know if your cruise skipped Roatan!
That's not cool news, we were on the June 7th cruise on the Legend, the boat missed Roatan a couple of weeks before our cruise due to civil unrest (rioting) but then resumed visits, we loved Roatan ...

  • Re: Roll Call, again for June 7, 2009

Wow what a great time, I have to say I didn't miss Cozumel at all, the Belize Raiders of the Lost Mayen Caves was outstanding as was the diving in Roatan, the weather could have been better in Cayman but we were already wet frollicking with the sting rays so what the heck. So the question is what's cheapest way of getting back on ...

  • Re: balcony or oceanview stateroom? which is better?

Without question the balcony is prefered, we've tried ocean view, balcony and suites, we're currently booked in a suite for this sunday but only because we love the VIP embarkation, once we have our 10 cruises under our belt we'll drop down to the Balcony I dont get clostrophobic but there are times on the ship when I just want some ...
Yes, breakfast will be served
Yes breakfast will be served however I have found that because the staff are working their butts off trying to get everthing pre cleaned for the next cruise you may not find them quite as attentive as they are throughout the cruise, keep in mind that they have to clean the ship ...
