From what I've seen a cab is $20 plus $1 a bag from the airport to the ship.  Again plus a tip if you want to.  Cab fares are set prices.

Why don't you call Tracfone and ask them.  Mine worked in the Caribbean last Feb.  There was a number you call/use to get into their system bck then and like I said that was in the Carbiiean.  Good luck.
