IMO, I loved swimming with the dolphins and a not so expensive option would be the glass bottom boat rides to La Roqueta Island, you can take a cab or bus to Caleta beach; the you buy tickets for the glass bottom boat; they take you to the sunken our lady of Guadalupe, then a diver feeds the fish for all to see, you get dropped off at the island, ...

There is only one wheel chair van with a lift, most places in Acapulco require some mobility, and very few places have wheel chair access facilities. I completely understand a guide with a great sense of humor would make a perfect stay in Acapulco. email: marketing@apiacapulco.com, Issi is the only person I know how has a lift and great drivers. ...

Hello Suzie,   Yes there are many great drviers with vans that can easily accomodate your husband, a question, is he wheel chair confined or does he have limited mobility. So I can recommend a driver/van.

  • Re: Surfing in Acapulco

Surfing in Acapulco is done usally at Revolcadero Beach and Bonfil, where locals will rent buggy and surf boards, depending on tide conditions, I would say both beaches have medium size waves. Both beaches are alocated at the Diamante Zone, about a 40 minute cab ride to Revolcadero and 50 minute cab ride to Bonfil

The more traditional dishes are very good and the place looks like an ...

I personally do not recomend her due to issues I prefer to keep to myself to avoid any confrontation with her or her business associates. Ask around other forums for reviews and contact info. There are many tour guides available upon arrival at the port, including a 4 hour tour of Acapulco for $25 per person. Just make sure the guide is fluent in ...

IMO, the last show in the evening, 10:30 pm is the most spectacular one; they jump with lit torches in the dark, impressive to say the least. Remember, Acapulco is hot and humid during the day, you have 2 options for wathcing the show. From the lower observation platform run by the divers union and charge $3.50 USD (many steep steps to get to the ...

La Perla Restaurant is the best place, IMO, to watch the cliff divers show. The evening menu has fish, meat, pork and pastas. The meal is average at best, would recommend watching the show, order drinks and have dinner somewhere else. I can recommend a place or 2, just let me know you interests (upscaled, ocean view, Mexican, Italian, etc, ...
