  • Re: SNORKELING IN COZUMEL OR BELIZE

I would have to say the Seargents Cay snorkling trip in Belize was the best I have ever been on.  The guides were friendly and knowledgable.  The facility is like a little piece of heaven.  You do not have to go back with your boat.  You can stick around until the last boat leaves and hang out on the beach, which is the closest ...

Me and my longterm "SO" will be on this trip.  We booked last minute and are extremely excited about our vacation.  This will be our 2nd cruise, the first without kids.

  • Re: El Sid Snorkel Day Pass

My family did this excursion in Dec. 2008.  It was horrible!  My teenage daughters were ready to leave 15 minutes after we arrived.  Food was not good at all and not the local fare you would expect, very bad hamburgers and pasta with jar sauce.  The snokerling was a mess.  When I booked the excursion ...

  • Re: Shore Excursion in Cozumel

Not El Cid- Rip off food was awful and drinks were extremely weak and would not give doubles.  Snorkeling was ok, but my boyfriend had one of his flippers fall off and they were going to charge us $60 for it...  We lucked up on a diver who retreived it for us.  I think there are a lot better resorts.

We just got off the Glory on 12/20/08 and Butch is still there.  He did not act like he was going anywhere anytime soon.

  • Re: Sergeant's Cay snorkel adventure

This response is too late for your cruise but I was looking for somewhere to post it. Sergeant's Cay is wonderful.  I would recommend this to anyone.  They pick you up from the ship and take you to their private island where you are outfitted with your gear.  They then proceed to the reef where you snorkel for about an ...

  • Re: MAYAN RUINS

We just returned from our cruise.  In Costa Maya Chacchoben Mayan Ruins  you can climb the ruins in many places.  It was a four hour tour with plenty of time to check out the tourist area of Costa Maya when you return.  It was fun!
