In Cozumel my favorite beach is Nachi Cocum...but you have to book it privately. It is a private beach club, and they only take 100 reservations per day. It is $49 per person and includes unlimited drinks and a 3 course meal. Just do a search for Nachi Cocum and check it out!! Awesome day!!

Depending on what ship you are on, you may have a mini fridge in your room. You could bring your own and keep them in your room in that case.
