I just returned from a cruise on the Holiday, and the cruise director did inform the passengers that the ship had been sold and will be moving to Europe, and will be replaced in Mobile by another ship.  I'm not surejust when this will happen though.    This experience on the Holiday was my first cruise ...

 I stayed at the Holiday Inn on Governement St. and I thought it was a really nice hotel.  Certainly the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at.  The place is very attractive, and all the hotel staff were very nice and very helpful.  And it's very close to the cruise terminal!  Eric
