My partner and I are on this cruise. We are excited about the new ship and getting to go back to Roatan again. We have a Roll Call going on Cruise Critic if you guys ever go to that website. There are quite a few people already on it.

 I have to agree with BJHall. Jaxport is by far the easiest port I have ever sailed out of. Disembarking was pretty easy as well.

I have sailed on the Fascination out of Jacksonville twice now. Once we took a hotel shuttle and the last time we just drove to the port. It is very easy to find and clearly marked along the route. There is no parking deck, it is just a lot and it is right next to the ship and terminal. It is very easy to drop off your luggege if you want to. ...

 I just booked my first solo cruise today. I have a lot of stress right now and just wanted a quick getaway. The price for a 1A on a 4 day cruise was great and airfare was pretty cheap so I just went for it. I have also never booked a cruise this close to leaving !17 days).  We did this in December. You can not use any of the pools. You need the full "Aquaventure" pass for that. They will lead you down to a beach. I do believe there are some changing facilities you can use.
