We have had VIP debarkation for several cruises & it was great, no or very short lines, a very nice pert. On the last 2 cruises we found priority does not mean anything.
Now that Carnival has started the self assist debarkation, it is like a "cattle call", with lots of people pushing to get out the door first. I am ...

Instead of exchangeing phone numbers we could give out the cabin number. You can call from any phone on the ship, Don & I will be in 1043 it also a balcony, but we will try & get to the Lido after muster drill. I read on one of the other threads, that we might not have to carry jackets to the drill, that would be great, if it ...

You have to order it through room service. You can hang the tag on your door the night before & they will bring it at the time you put on the card. Some ships the room waitiers are the dinning room waiters, so we have had a problem sometimes, when we order later in the morning. Most of the time we have it delivered at 6 or ...

We haven't booked a room yet, but have started looking. Want to stay around Old San Juan, it is close to the port & you can take a trolly around. We are also staying the Sunday night we return, hear the airport is a mess. Lots of ship come in on Sunday & everyone is trying to fly home. We will most likely not ...

The first day on board sometimes is hard to get people together. Some get on early, but some are last minute boarders, then you have muster drill & not too long after that is the early dinner seating, add in just looking around the ship, some people can't make a get together. If you want to try to get a group together, ...

I am not a cleaning on a cruise, but one thing I do pack is some of those "Stick-ups" air freshners. They don't take up much room, are lightweight, just sit in the bathroom (don't sick up) & if needed wave a little. Without vent fans in the bathroom they help keep the personal odors away & when we do not have a ...

Thanks every one... we previously have pretty much taken the rooms that were assigned to us and this time I chose the deck, so hopefully it's not a bad choice. I could have gone up one more deck but thought that might be just a bit too high. We leave on the 11/28 cruise out of NO.... so excited... ...
