You can get it at any time through Carnival. Just from personal experiance i've been cruising now for some 15 years and have never used it or needed it. Have fun!

When you get off the ship in Cozumel there will be a million and one tour operators there to take you to do what ever you want to do! Just be sure that your within a quick drive back to the port within a couple hours of departure time! You'll save 50% or more by getting the excursion off the ship! Have Fun.

Not to beat a dead horse or Vicci for that matter. We met this couple at port a lil while back and they purchased a Picasso off the ship...... $74,000!!!!  They later invited us back to their cabin, I'm not sure what kind of suite it was...... but it fit three or four of my ocean views in it!!! The point is for  a week ...

Whats up Kimberleigh, Great deals on board with smokes BUT they only carry certain brands. My boy had to break down and get some Marlboro Lights when his thing is Parliments. If your not to picky though you'll get some good deals. If your going to Mexico you can get em for next to nothing. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
