To use the Quick Search box on the carnival.com Home Page, MY method is to completely logout of carnival.com and then re-enter carnival.com - if you still see your cruise info you need to login with your e-mail and password, THEN logout and it won't recognize you next time. ken

You can only change your Table thru the Maitre D', who is not going to unilaterally move someone else to accomodate you; he will move you to an available table or he won't be able to accomodate you and you'll have to accept your assignment. ken

At check-in your Sail & sign Card will show assignment to a specific table in a specific dining room - that's your assignment for the duration of the cruise. ken

For 4:00PM departures, there are generally signs at the (closed) passageways indicating access to cabins will be at 1:30PM. Personally I think it's a bit rude to crash the doors and enter your cabin anyway - but many do so. In the meantime you can head to the Lido for Lunch. ken

In general you really don't need fare codes to check rates anymore.
The FunSelect, FunSaver and EarlySaver rates are automatically displayed when you search your Cruise. To see if Military Rate is currently being offered visit one of the on-line sites that displays Military Rates (like cruise.com).

The Main Dining Rooms don't offer the equivalent of "Curbside PickUp Service". This would really interfere with their routine of picking-up from kitchen and serving by course. As stated, the dining Rooms aren't all that formal, but you'll need to decide between Dining room service or Buffet. ken

If the PAX in the other cabin are immediate family (kids) or they are booked in the same booking as yours they should be able to use VIP boarding, otherwise (technically) no. ken
