  • THANKS CARNIVAL FOR THE DREAM LIVE WEBCAST

KUDOS to all who were responsible for including all of us who could not be at the Dream's christening in person! The live web event was really great!  John Heald was perfect; the entertainment (a great tease of what we can expect); and the announcement of the partnership with St. Jude's simply wonderful! Thanks Carnival for taking ...

  • Re: Anyone on here going to the Inauguration/Naming Ceremony on 11/12/09?

I just finished watching it and participated in the live chat.  It was fun and really neat to be part of the ceremony.  The only sad part is that it made me want to be on the Dream NOW.... Oh well...good things come to those who wait!

  • DREAM PRICES GOING UP...UP...UP!

WOW is all I can say.....sure happy that we booked when we did!  Since the end of July, our Dream cruise increased $440.00 in price! I guess it does pay to plan ahead!  I wonder by the time May rolls around what the prices will be?  Is this normal for a new ship?  Should we be looking to book the Magic now?  LOL

Take your boys to Kennedy Space Center.  It is an awesome experience.  You will not be sorry.  They may even have an excursion package for you.  One year we did Disney and the Space Center.  To tell you the truth, we thought the Space Center was fantastic.  We even got to see a rocket launch that day from Cocoa ...

  • Re: How early can I check in?

We are also cruising on May 1st on the Dream.  According to Carnival, Embarkation begins at 12:30 P.M.  They will not begin before that time.  Your patience will be rewarded once to get onboard!  We are staying at the Radisson the night before and have shuttle reservations for 11:30 A.M.  to go over to the port.  ...

  • Re: Radisson shuttle reservations

After reading your post, I immediately called the Radisson.  We have a park and cruise reservation for our May 1st cruise that I made back in August but at that time, I was told I could wait to make the shuttle reservation a few days before we get there. I decided to take your advice.  The young lady I spoke with said that it is not too ...

  • FARE CODES

What are fare codes?   Just curious... Thanks! What better thing to pass the time on a cold, rainy day but to dream about your cruise in 183 days!
