Have you considered just buying the stuff you need at the airport when you land. It may be a little bit more expensive than a mini mart, but definitely cheaper than renting a car.

Where is everyone from?  We are from the Central Oregon Coast.  Water temp about 52 degrees and the sand on the beach is even colder.  It's foggy and cold today.  Typical August day for us.  Really, really looking forward to the warm sand and warm caribbean water again.

You guys are going to have so much fun. We have been to Stingray City and had such an incredible experience.  Some of the younger kids (and adults) on the trip were too frightened to get into the water with the stingrays so they stayed on the boat.  The dolphins were not offered when we went so I hope it's a great time.  ...

The two of you are going to have so much fun.  Have you started thinking about shore excursions? My advice is do not over plan.  This is will be our 4th cruise and there are still things that I am looking forward to finally doing.
