Roman - St Thomas and St Maarten are soooo much better than going to Cozumel in my opinion.  If anyone approaches you to sell you jewelry, braid your hair, etc, just say NO.  If they ask again, just say NO again.  They'll get the message.  I've got something that is definitely worth getting off the ship in St Thomas ...

Good luck with your law school finals KAVrana!  Regardless of where we go we're on vacation and I guess just have to make the best of it.  I don't think I'm gonna make any excursions and just play it by ear.  Now to get my money back for my Nachi Cocom excursion that I won't be able to go to :(  I really was ...

I just talked to my PVP and she says that we are going to Nassau.  Grand Cayman is a typo.  They've had to route a lot of the 4/5 days cruises to the Caymans so we are doing Nassau, St Thomas, and St Maarten.

I agree.  I'm calling this my mystery cruise since I don't know for sure where we are going.  I'll have a good time no matter which port we visit.

  • Re: Swine flu Mexican Ports??

I'm on the same cruise lickman.  Did Carnival tell you that we were still going to Belize?  If so we are still going to 2 ports - Nassau and Belize.  Since the Glory alternates between eastern and western I'm hoping they just switch us to the easter ports - St Thomas, St Marteen, and Nassau.  That would be fine with me.

Only 24 more days!!!!  I am soooooo ready to go!  Can't wait to meet all of you on board.  I hope we have wonderful weather!  Just checked water temps and the Bahamas are in the low 70s and the Mexican stops are ~ 80 degrees.  With 24 days to go it should warm up.

That does sound like fun.  We haven't booked anything for Cost Maya as I love the dock area and like to just hang out there.  They have a great fresh water pool and being on the ship with salt water pools that pool will be a refreshing change.  They have great hammocks as well so is a great place to just hang out and ...
