i was told by sprint that you have to have a quad band/international phone for the service to work.  you can call them. i see they have rental phones for internation use on their website.  hope this helps.  have fun on your cruise

Good Morning jmte, i have not gotten mine yet. i was told 15 days before we leave, i should get them fed ex.  i was gonna do electronic documents but i was a little worried about that.  yes i am counting down the days. it is 3 degrees here right now so the carribean is calling our name.   have a good day.
