Yes, you can use a cell phone on the cruise and it works just like any cell phone, however not all cell phones work depending on the provider.

St. Thomas is a great island we wanna do at least 2 if not three excursions including its fabulous beaches of course :) I can't wait :) this is going to be a great one :)
