  • Re: Just back from Glory 11/7/2009

We have never been to Belize either and we were looking forward to seeing it.  From what we gather, unless you are on an excursion, Belize is not the safest place.  When you arrive if you are on a water based excursion they take you right from the ship to the excursion and then back to the ship.  If you choose to venture to Belize ...

  • Just back from Glory 11/7/2009

First off let me start by saying, we had a great time.  My wife and I both feel that it is impossible to not have a good time while cruising.  With that said, after 4 cruises with Carnival, I must say that this was the most disappointing.  The cruise itself, with the exception of Belize, was great.  We had a ...

My wife and I were in 1234 on the riviera deck on the Triumph.  Noise was terrible but we left Miami.  Once we got out to sea it wasn't terrible.  We don't spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep once we are exhausted from going all day.  i think you will be fine and look on the bright side, your so close to ...

  • Goffe's Caye, Belize

I am trying to find out if there are vendors that offer trips to Goffe's Caye, once you arrive in port.  Does anyone have info on this.  We are a large group and Carnival's $70.00 per is more than what we want to spend.  I am sure there must be vendors once you get off the ship.  Thanks in advance...

Was this tour you went on Goffe's Caye?  That is where I want to go.  The pics I have seen are amazing.  I am also trying to get to see the Blue Hole.  So much to do in so little time, we may have to go back again.......  Thanks for the response.

  • Re: New Cruise Director on Carnival Glory

If this is the same Ryan that was on the Triumph, he is awesome.  My wife and I had a great time on our cruise in Oct.  He was from Indiana I believe and a younger person.  Great guy and a lot of fun.  Very personable.  I hope it's the same Ryan. We are on the Glory 10/31
