Ship: Fantasy | Sail Date: 11/03/07 | Destination: Mexico

The food in the main dining hall was marginal. Both my sister and I were disappointed because we took this cruise in celebration of our birthdays. Both of our birthdays took place while on the ship. The service was EXCELLENT. However, the baked alaska was served cold and the seafood newburg made my sister's stomach upset-the sauce on the seafood newburg had the consistency of a thick brown gravy-YUK. The filet mignon was served cold to not 1 but 2 people at our table. On a more positive note, the shrimp cocktail was good, as was the pumpkin soup and the presentation of the food was very pleasing to the eye.
