checking the better business bureau will seal the deal for your decision on a cruise boat to book. Carnival has an unsatisfactory rating and after sailing with them recently I now know why. They lost my luggage and did not find it until 2 hours after everyone got off the ship. It was found on an elevator in the ship. I was told they were searching very hard for it the entire time but it was never found. Some search they were doing! The staff and crew were awful...very rude and insensitive to my situation. They just wanted to get me away from them. Food was horrible, rooms smelt awful and layout of ship is confusing. I will NEVER book another cruise with carnival. check out the bbb website and see for yourself.
