Our waitress' English skills weren't very good, and her people skills needed some tweaking. She was easily irritated and abrupt with the assistant waitress (who was nervous, sad and one night in tears, as a result). This was the first time that I didn't have praises for my wait staff. Also, our bar waiter was arrogant and when he made a mistake on an order was more defensive than apologetic.
