Ship: Carnival Destiny | Sail Date: 10/02/08 | Destination: Caribbean

We took a girlfriends trip to get away from it all and were wer ever surprised. We booked three cabins for the six of us, and though the cabins were large enough to accomodate 4 people comfortably, we enjoyed the extra room. The ship had recently come out of drydock. We were able to book when free upgrades were available and we upgraded to the Spa Deck. We read about the floor to ceiling windows and felt that would be very nice to have. What a surprise to find that while the ship was in dry dock, balcony's were added to the spa deck cabins. We spend time on our own private balcony talking to one another through the wall. It was the highlight of our trip. Destiny is such a beautiful ship and her crew, I can't say enough about them. They were simply AWESOME. I am ready to book her again and take my family this time that they may have the same experience I had.
