This is the Worst cruise i have ever been on. The cruise director Goose is the worst, the activities are poor, the entertainment (singers) are horrible, The 3 main shows and comedy act were good. The dining room staff were rude. I couldn't wait to go through a drive thru to get good service ( that how bad it was) I strongly suggest not paying the price for this new boat. poor design for those needing wheel chairs, hade to use multiple elevators to get to main dining rooms, can't get from one end of ship to other on two of the main decks.I had nevert heard so many people talk so bad about a cruise, this is not my first carnival cruise, i enjoyed all others. Goose was rude several people were talking to him about their displeasures, he answered his cell phone/radio in the middle of the conversation and walked away.He, like most of the crew acted like they were doing you a favor if you asked for anything. The food quality and service was the worst of any cruise, poor design of food line mqadfe for long wait, pizza was terrible, icecream and yougart was good. Room service never got my orders right, several times they never delivered it. Thing long and hard before wasting your hard earn money on this cruise there a lot of nicerer cruises for far less money. The only reason i didn't user the carnival guarantee is that my parents were on this cruise and they wouldn't fly back. I hope carnival will look hard at the crew and leaders of this ship and make some major changes soon.
