Ship: Ecstasy | Sail Date: 09/11/08 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

Due to Hurricane Ike, we were not able to get to our original destination, Cozumel. Now, we checked with Carnival on a daily basis before sailing and no one told us we were NOT going to Cozumel until we were checking in on the ship. They sailed to Veracruz Mexico instead. I suggest that Carnival find a better destination, or simply reschedule the trips. Veracruz was the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced for a vacation spot. Carnival Ecstasy was just as big of a disappointment. The only good thing about the ship was our waiters at the Dining Rooms.
