The CARNIVAL LIBERTY must be seen to be experienced. Europe’s first Mega “Fun Ship” has everything you need (and more) for the unforgettable excitement of 12, 14 and 16 day voyages in style. From the imaginative design in the style of Old World artisans to decks of restaurants, clubs, lounges and shopping. There’s fun for children and teens, acres of outdoor activities, plus the largest spa, casino and showroom at sea. The CARNIVAL LIBERTY truly is the only way to see Europe in all its grandeur and history.

Nothing bad to say!

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 08/30/2008 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

I would highly recomend the Liberty. The ship is big but very easy to get around. Our cabin was an outside oceanview and it was perfect lots of storage. The main dining room was nice, food was fine. If you want a fantastic meal, go to Harry's. Make your reservations as soon as you get onbao

our first cruise.

Ship: Carnival Freedom | Sail Date: 04/12/08 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

My husband and I just returned from our first cruise, and it was wonderful. The service was unbelieble, the food was great. It was such a relaxing time. We swam in the afternoons, that we were't on shore, and did the shows in the evening. I would highly recommend this way of traveling to any

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 07/18/06 | Destination: Europe

Except for the lack of sleep coming to and going from Italy this was an amazing experience. My wife had never been to Europe and I had been to some of the ports 30 years before while in the Navy. 12 days was the perfect amount of time for this cruise. I was used to 7 days and it's never lon

Size matters

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 02/16/08 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

Sailed on the Glory last year. Our stateroom was on the Upper Aft # 6447. Sailed on the Liberty last week stateroom was on the the Verandah Aft # 8461. Quite a bit smaller on the Liberty in conparison to the Glory. I aaaumed that the rooms would be the same size. Not so almost 18" narrower.

not Pleased with this trip

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 12/02/07 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

This was the fourth time that we had cruised with Carnival and possibly the last. We were trying to make this a bit less expensive of a trip and got the oceanview room instead of the balcony as we usually do. It was upgraded because we were past cruisers... it turns out that in Carnival's vi

A fabulous cruise!

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 11/18/2007 | Destination: Caribbean

This was our second Carnival Cruise and was just fabulous. The ship Liberty is beautiful. The food was great, plenty to choose from. If you couldn't find something you wanted to eat, you weren't really hungry to begin with. Great staff, staterooms are spacious and decorated well. Would

stateroom

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 10/21/07 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

Our first cruise! We've decided it's the only way to go, we had a balcony stateroom that was fabulous..roomy, and comfortable. The steward and his crew were courteous and efficient.

First and Fabulous

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 08/12/2007 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

This was my first cruise and it was the most exciting trip I have ever taken. I can't wait to go again. The ship had everything to offer and then some. It was like a small city on the water. Only complaint I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub as much do to so many children.

Great time

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 12/09/06 | Destination: > Eastern Caribbean

Our family had a great time on the ship and on the excursions. The only problem we had was after an excursion, the grill on the lido deck had extremely long lines with one person waiting of hundreds of people. We loved our suite and the steward was incredible. He took very good care of us!!!

Did not deliver what was paid for

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 07/30/06 | Destination: Europe

My 12 day cruise was a rip off. I paid for 3 rooms that were to have queen size beds, and a large window with a view of the sea. I got 2 rooms that were so small you practically had to stand sideways in them and the two smaller than twin beds could not be put together to make a queen bed. Th

Stateroom selection

Ship: Carnival Liberty | Sail Date: 06/23/06 | Destination: Europe

We were deeply disappointed in our inside stateroom. 2 reasons. #1) It was directly under the band area at the Venecian Room so during the big shows (2 nightly) our room shook with the sounds and sleep was impossible. Ship was sold out so no changes were made. We were offered ear plugs and a

Balcony Stateroom on Upper Deck

We just returned from our 6 day cruise on the Carnival Liberty  & we loved our stateroom. This was our first cruise and we were not sure what to expect, especially since we are used to having space. Granted our Upper Deck, balcony stateroom was considerably smaller than our bedroom at home, we had a great time in our cabin. We traveled with our child who is under the age of 5, but the three of us never felt on top of each other. The bathroom was small, but very functional.  The bed was very comfortable!  Sitting on the balcony as we would arrive & depart from each port was awesome!

Great sleep

Ship: Liberty | Sail Date: August 13, 2005 | Destination: Europe

A fabulous trip! Loved being on the ship and waking up every day in a new destination. An incredibly efficient and attentive crew. Efficient and comfortable staterooms. Mattresses were the best. Became addicted to the spa treatments. Hard to choose shore excursions with so many excellent choices. Really need to do this cruise twice. Our 14 year old son loved meeting other teens and having a sense of independence that the safety of the ship allowed. The hightlite was cruising into Venice at midday. An incredible and unforgetable experience. It is over a month since we returned and we are still missing the ship and the people we met. Cannot wait til our next cruise.

Great time but too much smoke

Ship: Liberty | Sail Date: 08/25/2005 | Destination: Europe

We had a wonderful time, the ship was big our room was nice and the other passengers were all great. My only objection was the smoking. I can understand certain areas but maybe you can have smoking on one side of the ship in the rooms and no smoking on the other side. We couldn't use our balcony when ever the prople were next to us because the smoke came on our balcony. But other than that most of the time we loved the whole trip. My dayghter even met a real nice young man that she is now dateing.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days cruise on The Liberty

Ship: Liberty | Sail Date: 08/25/05 | Destination: Europe

My wife and I thoughly enjoyed our 12 days cruise on The Liberty ship. Our cabin space and amenities where excellent. The ship staff did a great job of making us feel welcome. The shore excursion choices were so good that it was hard for us to make single choices at each port.
