Start Planning!

You'll love sailing to the Caribbean aboard the CARNIVAL LEGEND, one of our most imaginative new ships. Not only is this floating resort beautiful, she is faster than most other cruise ships. This makes it possible to offer you 8 day itineraries which would normally require a 10 day cruise. You'll love all the amenities, including the two-level promenade and reservations-only supper club.

Absolutely beautiful and huge

Ship: Legend | Sail Date: 08/17/05 | Destination: Eastern Caribbean

This was my first cruise and after this experience it certainly will not be my last. When I first boarded the cruise ship I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It was absolutely beautiful and huge!!! From the moment that I checked in, the crew was extremely pleasant and helpful. I heard so much about the food and the availability of it that my family and I went straight to eat. Wow - what a selection!! The onboard activities were awesome and we had the best cruise director. The shore excursions were both dreamy and beautiful. This was a much needed vacation and for the first time I really felt as if I was truly on vacation and I have been traveling for years!! I will travel with Carnival again and again...

Lots to do

Ship: Legend | Sail Date: 08/17/2005 | Destination: Eastern Caribbean

We were happily surprised at the number of different activities that were available to us each day (it was hard to pick which ones we wanted to do!). We looked forward to the different crafts that were demonstrated each sea day, enjoyed the art auctions, and participated in the horse races, trivia games and bingo. We didn't have time to notice that it was raining our last day at sea as we were all too busy with other things. We had a A+++++++++ experience!!!

First-class experience

Ship: Legend | Sail Date: 08/17/2005 | Destination: Eastern Caribbean

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO ABOARD THE SHIP. YOU CAN DO AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS YOU LIKE. THE SHIP WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE CREW VERY ACCOMODATING. THE DINING ROOM STAFF WAS VERY ENTERTAINING AND POLITE. THE SERVICE WAS FIRST CLASS. WE ALL ENJOYED THE CRUISE, AND ALL THE PORTS WE VISITED. WE WOULD DEFINITLY CRUISE WITH CARNIVAL OR ONE OF THEIR SISTER CRUISE LINES.

The Legend

Ship: Legend | Sail Date: 08/17/2005 | Destination: Eastern Caribbean

When I first came aboard the LEgend, it was no surprise how beautiful the ship was! I sailed previously - my first cruise - on the Miracle. When you first walk in - the main floor is electrifying - glass elevators, huge murals, a piano bar, the excursion desk, the courtesy counter, the vegas-style casino and the well kept furniture. The staff were very courteous. There is NO GARBAGE pails anywhere... they literally take care of you.. you dont even have to throwe out your garbage! The wait staff comes periodically in the pool area to clean empty plates & cups. Teh activities are numerous. There is something for everyone. There is a gym & jog track for those who want to work off the delisious food. Eat anytime!!! Kids love camp carnival too! When the kdis are happy - s o are the parents. I am looking forward to the next cruise. I hope the itineraries cahnge up because I prefer to travel from my hometown - NY.
