This was our first cruise and we ABSOLUTELY loved it! Our housekeeper Juan was so kind and courteous. And our waiter Augusto was magnificent!!! We are totally hooked on Carnival Cruise Line!!!

Rude Purser's Desk

While we were on the Carnival Glory Cruise, we had many run-ins with the Purser's Desk. The Purser's Desk employees were rude and disrespectful to us. There was an invaild charge to our account and an itinerary change without us being notified until the night before. The Purser's Desk did
