MUSIC MOTION is an AWESOME band

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 03/30/08 | Destination: Caribbean

The Phillipino band Music Motion is WONDERFUL! They can play just about any type of music - country, rock and oldies. I'm SURE they are capable of any type but those are the ones I witnessed that were really good. They performed on the Lido deck for an outdoor party and did mostly rock.

Piano Bar on Carnival Pride

Ship: Carnival Pride | Sail Date: 01/20/08 | Destination: > Mexican Riviera

We spent almost every night listening to the very talented and entertaining "Laurie Anne". If you go on this cruise....be sure to check her out....she's a ton of fun.

Terrible Main Shows!

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 10/28/2007 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

My husband and I just returned from our Conquest cruise. We found the ship experience good except for terrible main shows which normally are the highlihght of the cruise ship! Imagine our surprise in finding the night's main show entertainment to be of such low quality. This was our 12th

Entertainment was good

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 09/30/07 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

We saw many shows while onboard. There were two comedians, juggler and the carnival dancers. All of them did a great job. We are really pleased that we took the time to see the shows.

We saw several shows while on the cruise. Two comedians, juggler, and the carnival dancers. All were better than expected. I am very glad we attended these free shows.

Good and Not So Good

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 06/03/07 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

We recently took our two daughers and four grandchildren on Carnival Conquest, a trip we had planned and saved for for 18 months. The ship is beautiful and there are a lot of good things to say about it. Camp Carnival for our 4 year-old granddaughter was amazing. I can see why it has won

No Soul in the R&B review

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 07/29/2006 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

My husband and I really did not enjoy the on board musical entertainment. The singers were awful. Especially on the R&B night. I was really geared up for some old school, oldies but goodies. Most R&B shows displays singers who acutally can sing. Many acutally sing like the artist whom t

Top Notch Entertainment

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 07/16/06 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

My husband and I had never been on a cruise before and were very surprised at the entertainment on board. All of the shows, including the adult shows at midnight, were extremely entertaining and well presented. All events started on time and lasted a reasonable amount to time. There was alwa

Is there a midnight buffet on the Conquest?

Ship: Carnival Conquest | Sail Date: 07/09/2006 | Destination: > Western Caribbean

Greetings! We have booked this ship, and for everyone but me, this will be our family's first cruise. I have been bragging about the midnight buffets on the cruises, and am hoping that there is a midnight chocolate buffet on the Conquest. If not, is there a midnight buffet at all? We

All Entertainment

We took the 4/6 cruise on the Conquest.  Monday was a bad day weather wise but the show at night was great and I give the dancers and the techs credit for handling it perfectly when the boat is rocking.  You would never know there was bad weather.

The only show we didn't go to was the magic show and that was because we saw it at Christmas but the rest of the shows were fabulous.

Shows and Tech Crew

We just came back from the Christmas week.  The shows were all great and the backstage crew does a fantastic job. All work very hard to ensure the shows are top quality. On the last night they have a legends show where guests are the singers and some were good and some were not but it was a great way to include cruisers to participate.

The ship was absolutely amazing

Ship: Conquest | Sail Date: 08/14/05 | Destination: Eastern Caribbean

The Ship was absolutly amazing. We were astonished to be able to take this kind of vacation for the money. It was an incredible value. The entertainment was outstanding and the variety was something we hoped for. We were able to relax and be entertained. We were impressed with our state room and the service was impecable. We have only been home for a month and are already planning our next vacation.

Each trip gets better and better

Ship: Conquest | Sail Date: 08/14/2005 | Destination: Western Caribbean

Carnival provides the ultimate in vacation travel. The price and convenience were exceptional factors. I have sailed with Carnival on five separate ocassions, and each trip gets better and better. The service in the Dining Rooms was even greater than expected. This trip was my second on the Carnival Conquest. Everything done was in first class fashion. The shows were top notch. The cabin service was as always fast and efficient. I simply believe that for your vacation dollar, a person simply could not make a better choice than sailing with Carnival...the fun ships!

Senior trip successful

Ship: Conquest | Sail Date: 6052005 | Destination: Western Caribbean

My sister and I, my daughter and her friend all went on this cruise for their senior trip. It was so much fun. The cruise directors on this ship made it so much fun. Especially the last night We have never laughed so much. The other entertainment was great too. Carnival is my favorite cruise line. I have been on four other Carnival ships and they were a blast too. We plan to go on many more

Very nice ships

Ship: Conquest | Sail Date: 08/14/2005 | Destination: Western Caribbean

This was our first cruise and we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. The ship was VERY nice, as was our suite with balcony. I was concerned about getting seasick, but could not even tell we were on a ship. There is plenty to do at all times. I enjoyed the 'sea days' as much as the port days. The food was excellent, along with the entertainment and shopping on board the ship. I did not get rich in the casino, but still had a good time. The atmosphere was one of everone having a good time. Our wait staff were exceptional. We do plan on taking another crusie. I was spoiled with the VIP treatment Skipper's Club, and definately think that is the way to go....NO LONG LINES HERE!

It was my first cruise, and I loved it

Ship: Conquest | Sail Date: 08/14/2005 | Destination: Western Caribbean

my 22 year old daughter and i went on the cruise to celebrate her graduation form lsu. it was my first cruise and i loved it. the food was wonderful, the entertainment was so good we stayed up just to see a show at midnite. our tablemates were wonderful-we laughed every evening and i really miss them for dinner! lets just say i was so happy that i bought the vacation club and was a little scared to come home and tell my husband. as a new vip i told him we would be off the ship first and he asked if we had drawn a lucky number.....told him i would explain later. when we finally got home i told him he needed to sit down and we had to talk. i think he thought i was going to say i had an affair or something---he seemed to be relieved that i told him that we would be cruising on carnival for the next few years!!! we just went through hurricane katrina and rita is getting ready to come along....wish i was on a ship now. it was a wonderful experience
