Many people want to have a drink in their room

Many people want to have a drink in their room and wonder how to do it.

You can call Carnival Bon Voyage office at Carnival Cruise Line and order the bottle of your choice and it will be in your room when you enter your cabin.  For example, Skye Vodaka is $40. I know that is a little steep but if you figure out the price of a drink at the bar at $6.95 plus 15% versus this price. . . it is a steal. You could bring your own mix in your bags.

Call Carnival Bon Voyage office at Carnival Cruise Line and price the bottle of your choice.

Thanks for the tip!  You are right that while it might a bit steep at first, you can definitely save money in the long run!

Also, if you order wine at dinner in the Dining Room you can take that with you too.  We have brought our wine back to our stateroom on both cruises.  You can buy it by the bottle or glass.  You will get a recommendation for a wine on a given night too.  We tried what was recommended and it was an excellent wine.  That went back to our stateroom too and put in our fridge.  Another tip for any one going on a cruise for the 1st time.  Actually, you can bring the glass and take it anywhere you want on the ship.  I brought the rest of my glass of wine to the casino once.  It was a really good wine.  Wink

Why spend that kind of $$$ on liquor when you can just smuggle it in with you for alot less.  Google "rum runners" and purchase the 32 oz flask for $4 and you can bring your favorite liquor with you.

Re: Many people want to have a drink in their room

Main reason I don't want the hassle and if we spend it on Liquor maybe I won't bring back so many gifts for children, grand-children and greats!  Why not spend the kids inheritance.  We framed 1 cent vouchers last year from the Mirage in Vegas and told them that was all they were getting. Have fun cruising....we plan too!
