    Upgrades after boarding?

Does anyone know if stateroom upgrades are available immediately after boarding?  We're sailing on the Pride on November 8th.  Thanks for any info.

Thanks for the info.  I'm sure the cabin I booked will be just fine (but it's always fun to get an upgrade! )

We are in cabin 4126 which is a 4K obstructed view french door on the 29th.  I know you are on your cruise now and hope you are hving a wonderful time.  How was the cabin.  Does the door open at all.  Very curious since I have heard/read mixed things about that type of cabin.  We paid for an inside so am happy enough to have some light in the room but fresh air (no matter how small of an amount) would be a huge plus.

Anyone have pictures (or know a site that does) of a 4K that you can direct me to?  I am curious to see how the french doors and obstruction are as I am thinking of booking one (will be cruising solo more than likely).  Thanks in advance.

here are a few things that i try... google "carnival pride 4k"   and webshots.

i always debating going something like that bc usually its my daughter and i who travel, so why spring for the balcony, or bigger room... every time i end up upgrading. its terrible.

    Re: Upgrades after boarding?

Just got back this afternoon (my screen name was busymom but had to change it).  Anyway, we had room 4194, 4K obstructed view.  The doors are full length, so you can see outside, but the view is of the lifeboats.  You can see the water from the right angle.  The door opens up a few inches, just enough to stick your head out and check the weather.  We also paid for and inside room and I think this room for that price is a very good deal.  You will see the sunshine and water but just won't be able to stand outside.  Hope you have a great time!!
