    Sail and Sign

This is my first cruise and I am a little concerned about the Sail and Sign Account. I will be using my debit card for my checking account to be paying for everythingI need, yet it says that it places a number of holds on the amount of cash available. This worries me because I do not often use my account and will be placing money in there prior to my trip. My bank is also a smaller bank and I feel like I have had a few problems with holds being issued and me being over charged there before. I'm nervous I will have so many holds placed that I will not have enough money available for everything I need. What do you reccomend? Also, it says you can place cash down for the Sail and Sign Account at the beginning of the trip.. what does this do? Do you thnk this is a better option for me?

Also, I booked through a travel agent and was not given the option to pre-pay gratuities.. can I still do this through this website prior to my trip?

not sure when you are sailing but call your travel agent and ask them if you can still prepay the gratuities.
