Cruise into the future. How Much?

Does anybody know how much the deposit is for the cruise into the future? I heard it's something like 100. credit if you don't know the date and 200 credit if you have an exact date. But how much do you have to put down?

Also does anybody know about the early check in out of Long beach?

what you can do on some ships is to buy a future vacation certificate.  you pay $100 for that, and what you get when you book a cruise is to use that $100 you paid to help pay for the cruise, and depending on how long of a cruise you book you can get from $50 to $200 dollars in OBC.  I know that a 7 day cruise is the $100 amount and the 12 day + is $200 ,  there is also a $50 and I believe a $75 amount cant remember what length cruises get those. and you have 5 years to book the cruise. and only the person whos name is on the cert. can use it.

    Not all ships sell them

    Hi Carmen & Albert,

Linda's info is Correct about the future sailing cert's, we got our certs on the Freedom this past Feb

You may want to post your question to Pam ( LuvMyPride ) about the deal from sailing from Long Beach, or maybe one of our other West coast members will see your question, and reply

You're probably a well-seasoned traveler who has learned the art of packing over years of Cruising.
    Or you're a natural-born packing genius.
Either way, you have the right combination of careful planning and selective packing skills that gets you to your destination with everything you need and nothing extra."

Hi Pebblez, Don't know anything about the Cruise into the future, But I may be able to help you with the early check in. It's not through Carnival. What I do is go the day brfore my cruise and I stay on the Queen Mary.  The morning of the cruise we meet in the lobby and they take us right down stairs where we check in and then board the ship. No waiting in line out side. I hope this was of some help .

yes thank you, luvmypride. But I read that you can do an early check-in without staying at the QM. so i wondered if anyone from Cali had done it.

    Thank you

Your welcome Pebblez. I only knew about VIP Plat Card and the good old Queen Mary. If you find out anything else can you please post it. Have you call your PVP?
