Are you as excited as I am?? I am also sailing with 2 friends, but not travelling nearly as far as you are -I live in Jacksonville and my friends are in central FL. Something that we have found to be very helpful in the cabin - a multi-plug extension cord or power strip(there is only 1 outlet!). Make sure you have shorts and bathing suits - supposed to be in the mid 80's!
