    formal brunch would be nice

I think carnival should add a formal brunch on cruise days in the specialty restaurant. I've always wanted to try the specialty restaurant out, but find it hard to pay an extra 30 dollars when the main dinning room food is already very satisfying and plentiful. I would be willing to pay the price for a really nice brunch, especially if it includes some lobster or scallops, or steak for the hubby.

I think this is a great idea & champane would be nice also, maybe not unlimited, but a couple of glasses.   We would pay a extra $10-$15 for a special breakfast.  I also agree with you the dinning room food for lunch & dinner is great.  The breakfast is ok, I go for the eggs benidect.  The omlets on the Lido are better, but I don't like the noise & lines, ect...

We have done the supper club one time for our anniverery & it was real special, but $60 + wine is not in our budget on a cruise often. We now buy the wine package to have in the regular dinning room .

I also think a brunch would be nice.  I always enjoy the Mother's day brunches that I have gone to.  I always plan on breakfast in the dinning room but find myself at the buffet.  I really like being served but really like the omelets and find other things that just look good at the buffet.  I also found that the omelet chef will cook you eggs to order.  3 eggs over easy please and they're done!  I also never found lines were never long.  3 or 4 people is all.
