Just want to find out who else is cruising with us on the destiny .I cant wait , its 27days until until we sail.  We are getting some of the cold weather thats coming this weekend . and the sun ,sand & relax sure sounds good to me , we havent booked any excursions yet so i guess its just wait and see. we've been to Grand Caymen on our last cruise and we really enjoyed it  ( STING RAY SNORKEL,TURTLE FARM & HELL), this time we are just doing the beach thing. Ocho Rios, we havent been there.For the most of us this is our 4th cruise on carnival and we havent been disappointed with anything. I'm hoping to hear from anyone else that will be on this cruise. I like to scrapbook in my spare time so if anyone has some ideas I would love to hear it.  I havent started packing yet, but I'm getting the itch so i will be starting real soon.  just maybe to check out what i will be taking because i have a problem with packing light. i always try to take what i think i will need and it ends up to be more than i need.I have done that soooooo many times.

WE AR FROM MIL,WISC AND  SO WHERE YOU FROM? 

Well Dina , we must be the only cruisers on this ship, we have 2 kids in our group ages boy-4yrs, girl 10-yrs. They went with us before ,the little boy was a tiny baby but now he says he is ready to go, and is so excited . Other than that, we have all women in our group.We are driving to chicago on the 4th starting this vacation early ,getting the plane on 5th to maimi fl. staying at the Best Western for two days before getting to the ship .Cant wait to see Maimi, never been there. we will be doing alittle shopping while we are there.These days of waiting is driving me  crazzzzzy.  Have a fun time on the ship and maybe we will meet up, our group is called Cruizin Crazies. We are from milw. wisc. and it is getting coooold here . and I cant wait till we have some of that warm weather  even if it is only for a short time.

Hello, WOW SMALL WORLD,we are from Milwaukee Wi. We are flying from Chicago on the 5th of Nov. How many are in your group? There are 12 in our group 10 adults 2 kids 4/10 . I have done the drive back in 2004.And it took us 36 hrs to go to Orlando , We took interststate 64 thru INDIANA TO IL on the trip home and it was so much better . HAVE A SAFE  TRIP DOWN TO MAIMI. Do you have any excursions planned? Enjoy your cruise

There are 4 of us going, my husband, 14 yr old daughter and my MIL from Arkansas....it's her 73rd birthday on the night we leave on the cruise, and her first cruise.

We are doing the Sky Explorer & Dunns River Falls  in Ocho Rios and the Stingrays, Hell & Turtle Farm in the Grand Caymans....not many can say they have taken their MIL to Hell....lol

We are all girls on this party cruise except for a little guy that is 4yrs old. Some of us in our grp went to Grand Cayman last year in sept. and we did the same excursion there .YOU WILL REALLY LIKE THE STINGRAYS, THEY ARE AWSOME. I was kind of scared for a minute but once I was in the water it was alot of fun. The stingrays were swimming all around you. HELL WAS INTERESTING, BUT VERY QUICK, and you are right about taking people with you to hell. You can send out post cards from Hell also, the Turtle Farm was educational basically but ok. best part were the sting rays. HOPE YOU ALL HAVE FUN!!!!!!

I really want to do the dunn river falls also in Ocho Rios,   but i also want to get alittle shopping in. Some people have told me to be aware ,some of the locals can be alittle pushy.

What time is your dinner seating ? ours is the late seating .may be we all can meet up  some where on the ship we set sail !!!!!!!!!!!

hello my name is sherry and we ( me and 2 friends of mine Patty and Trina) will also be on the destiny nov 7. I can not wait.  This will be my second voyage with Carnival, Patty's second and Trina's the cruise virgin. ( her daughter also just had a baby boy yesterday).  We cruised 2 years ago and was suppose to go to cayman and ocho but d/t  a hurricane we were re routed to cozamel and bahamas.  So we are excited to be getting to go to cayman. We are going to book an excurison for ocho but are going to snorkle on our own at cayman and maybe parasailing. I haven't started packing yet either but have a few things thrown in my spare bed room.  I am really excited for Trina, she has never been on a vacation without her husband or kids, has never seen the beautiful carribean water. I too have a problem with over packing and i keep telling myself that i am not going to do it this time. Well nice chatting with you bonvoyage.

Hi Sherry,my name is Debbie  and i just want to welcome you and your friends to our group that will be on the party ship DESTINY.We also were on a cruise 2 yrs back that actaully went to gr.cayman but we couldnt tender in because the weather was  so bad we just an at sea day :(  So we went back the next yr. and we enjoyed so much we are going back again but this time snorkel on our own at a very nice beach some where on the island & do a little shopping. the stingrays were alot of fun  That was one excursion i would not forget. Tell your friend Trina congrats on her new grandson, We are a group of 10 ladies and boy4yrs & grl10yrs. some are sisters and all of us are friends that has been cruising for 4yrs together.Some are married ,some are single but we know very well how to have a good time. and oh some of us even have grandchildren.I'm leaving my husband at home, he doesnt like vacations like these. so I go with my friends and maybe my family next yr.may be we can get to meet up  some where after the muster drill. Im sure my group wont mind ,oh we have a groupname it is Cruizin Crazies . Have a nice trip to Maimi hope to see you all there.

Good Morning everyone, only 6 more days til we board the Destiny. ohh I can't wait.

Is everyone packed and ready to go? I sure am, I am sooo ready to get away from this weather, and its not even winter yet. Boy what am I thinking!!!!!!!!!!! But it is going be nice to have a DOD and just relaxing by the pool. Even if it is only for 5days :( Well have a good day everyone .

Good afternoon Debbie,

I will also be on the Destiny, and I am also from Milwaukee WI.  I will be joining 3 friends from Pennsylvania in Fort Lauderdale the day before for the cruise.  We are taking an all girls cruise also and although I have been on this ship and to these destinations before, one girl this is only her second and the other two are virgins to cruising and flying.  There will probably be snow when we return from relaxing in Jamaica.
