Hey Lynda....or Will!  (haha!)  There is a parking garage at the pier for $15 a day.  We're staying at the Queen Mary the night before the cruise and they have parking in their lot for $12 a day.........not sure if it's open to everyone or just people that are staying there.  But I can find out if you want.  I'm not familiar with that area there so I don't know about any parking away from the pier.  Just let me know if you want me to check at the Queen Mary for you.  May you could get your family to drop you off and keep your car with them???  You have a great day!!

Hi folks...only 13 days to go.  Rob and I can't wait!  This will be my upteenth cruise and Rob's 4th.  I'm a bit addicted.  This will be our 4th this year.  We're from Bakersfield, and live in a new house too with an amazing view of the Sierra Nevadas.  I'm an activity fanatic, and Rob's more kick back.  You'll see me running from activity to activity and if weather permits, Rob will be by the pool.  I hope to bump into all of you!

Hey there! it will be so nice with all us newbies, to know that we will have a "professional cruiser" among us.   Any advise for us........   I have read a lot of post and got a lot of good info, but I do have a question.....

A friend at work just came back from 4 days on Elation (last week) and because I am going in 13 DAYS yahooooooo!   brought me some of the daily sheets...... The DOD's were at $7.50.... I thought they were the most economical drinks to get and that they were $5..... what was it when you cruised a few months back, and have all the bar prices gone up recently do you know?

Anyway I am so excited, and when I see people like you that go back time after time, I know that this is going to be AMAZING!

My fiance was in the Army, not to mention that we're also both Army brats.  We will definitely have to meet up!  You will get robes in your cabin for sure.  You should also have a fridge in your suite.  I can't remember, but is this your first cruise?
