Yup  we are going on our third cruise 

coming with our two sons(one's birthday) both first-timers and our neice

We are going to have lots of fun!! I will be traveling with my husband and 17 year old

daughter.  This is our 10th cruise.  Never been on the Triumph and can't wait.  Vicki

Hi there! Yes, I am booked on this cruise.  Traveling alone and hope to meet some other singles to dine with, etc.  This is my third cruise and second on Carnival Triumph.  In fact, I got the same balcony cabin that I had the first time!! 

You will find me at the pool and Karaoke.

We are also booked, myself, husband and two sons, ages 17 and 19.

I've never been on a carnival cruise, have been on a few cruises in the distant past!

As of now we've booked a balcony guarantee . . . does any one know if this is a good way to go????

I plan on using the balcony quite a bit . . .

We will be there!  We got a balcony room, first time on a balcony, and can't wait!  First real vacation in a year!!

You will love the balcony cabin and won't want anything else but on your next cruise.  So nice to go out there early in the morning when we arrive in a port.  Has anyone taken this cruise before?  Looking at map and it seems we have a long trek down the Mississippi.  That should be an interesting view.  Getting excited, but hate packing!

Well I went on a cruise similar to this one in 2007.  It was on the Fantasy, and it went to cozumel and costa maya.  Yea, the views are nice but water is horrible.  lol.  But when you wake up in the morning and go outside, clear blue water!  So beautiful!  I can't wait either, just counting down the days is killing me. 

The view going down the Mississippi is awesome when it is daylight

and you can see it.  We have done this cruise several times and we

finally got to see the return part last May.  It was really neat seeing

the gulf and go up the Mississippi for a change.  In Dec. we may not

make the turn in time before it gets dark.  If we leave on time you

will see a couple of hours in the daylight going down the river.  It

is really awesome to see the oil rigs.  It looks as if they are really

close when you pass by them.  65 Days and counting.  See ya

We took the same cruise last year for Thanksgiving and we got a coupla hours of daylight down the MRGO but that was all. Still, with a drink in my hand and wife beside me it was great. Didn't do the karaokel ast year but I intend to this trip. Balcony on the Empress deck First time balcony and can't wait.

My boyfriend and I will be on this cruise.  We are both first-timers so any advice is greatly appreciated! Regardless, we're really excited about a warm getaway from the cold winter.

You and your boyfriend will love it. If this is your first then you've never experienced anything like it. You get spoiled by it.
