My sister bought me a weeks cruise on Carnival Pride 15th Nov. 09, along with her.  I live in UK but she lives the the States and she booked. Tried upgrading myself as a surprise to her to Suite! What a nightmare!! Everything is an 1-800 number and as I am sure a lot of people know not possible from UK. This is my first time on a cruise and I cannot believe my sis has done this for me. I look after my elderly mother who has dementia so desperately need a holiday.  I have now got to let me sis do the upgrading which means no surprise! I had an email from 411 to say we can upgrade to suite 11 category but I hesitate to wonder what its going to be like....... Will let you know.
