    Suing Carnival

That's it....My wife and I are sailing on the Dream in March 2010. I am already angry at Carnival and am near ready to file my lawsuit now. It appears that since I have been planning this cruise every time I look at the forums and someone mentions the Chocolate Melting cake I gain 2 pounds.

Therefore, right after I get done suing McDonalds for freezing my legs while holding a soda with too much ice in it I am setting my sights on Carnival.

How about we get together for a class-action law-suit against Carnival for having the nerve to feed us unlimlited food(sure we paid for it),entertainment, great service by the cabin steward, bar help on the Lido Deck, dining room staff, and everyone that serves us anything, and has the audacity to kick us off of the ship after a 3,4,5 or 7 day cruise.

Would you feel the same way if, for example, McD's super cooled their soda to 460 degrees below zero, and you were permanently injured because you didn't realize "cold soda" meant cryogenically frozen soda?

While you snicker, remember it is deliberate actions like that, which are root cause behind such lawsuits, even though the press likes to put a different spin on the story.

What a novel idea!  They never told me I couldn't have seconds on anything.  After the weight gain from the last cruise I believe we can add Contributory Negligence.

...and all this would make a great Carnival commercial! Remember the one about their huge bouncing balls in Dallas?

I too want to join in on the class action suit, but what aboutcompensation for the emotional state we are put in after we get off the ship?  Depression, having to go back to work, cooking our own meals, providing our own entertainment, all this until we book our next cruise.  This is criminal, I say, CRIMINAL!!!!!!

  • Not to mention all the time wasted at work dreaming about beautiful blue water, the sound of waves, crystal clear water and white sand, sitting on the deck and just relaxing, and yes, the wonderful chocolate melting cake.  Help, my depression is setting in big time - I think it's time to book another cruise.  Conquest, Bahamas, here I come!!
