Months ago I posted a far away posting. Well according to my count down clock we are only 97 days out now. To date I have only heard from 4 other cabins on the ship - surely there are more folks cruising this date. 

The best part about cruising is all the wonderful people we meet and touch with. There will be 14 of us on this cruise and we are looking for more fun folks.

Rodney's 50th birthday....wooohooo!

Rodney is a Police Officer and Joni works for the Texas Lottery. This is our second cruise and 1st time on the Conquest.

 Hey Drover - There are alot of Texans on this board. I myself used to live in Grand Prairie and my late husbands family is in Fort Worth/Arlington area.

We will be on Empress deck  7352 area how bout you.  One of the couples is from Frisco area and the other Austin ---  so you bet we can get this party started. Feel free to email me off line

 Wow - with the four from erlier post and the Drovers this is going to be a very quiet ship Dec 6th.

 The cruise *** says 95 days and counting and my sister informed me yesterday that it is going to fly by (it always does).  Got alot to do in the next few including making sure or cabin decorations are ready and I loose 35 ibs and look like Jennifer Annistn.  lol

I know there are more folks on this cruise - where are you?

We have five family members from Austin.  This will be our 7th cruise on the Conquest and we are backing this cruise up with the next one on the 13th.  Can't wait, this is our first 7day b2b and can't think of a better ship than the Conquest.  We also have friends and other family members joining us for both legs of this cruise.  I don't know if I will make it 96 more days.  We have been taking 3-4 a year but I have had two major surgeries this year.  This cruise will be special.

Hello, my wife and I will be onboard, 6 December, and this will be our 2d cruise.  We are from Huntsville, Texas.  Retired from the State, and owner of a washateria, and my wife owns a restaurant, called Puertoaventura, which specialized in Greek, Caribbean, and Colombian.  Thank you, John and Myriam

Glad to hear you are sailing with us. Rodney graduated from Sam Houston in Huntsville. So it truly is a small world. We are anxiously awaiting December to arrive.

HelloDrover,  our youngest son attends SMU Law School in Dallas, and in 2011, he graduates.  I can hardly wait, to put that bill behind us.  Our 1st cruise was on the Conquest, 7 December 2008.  Wanted Royal Caribbean Voyager, but the price did not go down compared to Carnival, and Myriam did not want to fly elsewhere.

 Gosh I hope to meet all of you on the ship.  Alot of Texans will be on board - I have friends coming in from Austin and Dallas.  I myself used to live in Grand Prairie and still have in-laws in the Fort Worth Decatur area.

My clock says 89 days and the cruise is paid for as of today!!!!!  Now saving up for S&S card (we like to have fun n our cruise

Joan cannot wait to see and meet you. Those knees of yours should be running on the top deck and seeing the sites.

This will be our 3rd cruise and just in time for my birthday.   This will also be our first time on the Conquest and having a balcony.  whooohoooo.   I'm already excited.

 Just paid the cruise off this week and made all the spending money on a 2 day garage sale (maybe I should be on HGTV Hoarders)

Room and door decorations are already packed and I could leave tomorrow!!!! Everyone in our group is getting really excited about this trip. Going during holiday time is perfect because I still have to decorate for Halloween and then Christmas before we leave, plus get everything together for our annual Christmas party that takes place 6 days after our rtn.  Boy are the next 84 days gonna fly or what.

Hello Seafoam;  Looks like you have been busy.  We will close our restaurant for a week, and my oldest son will manage the washateria for a week.  All that is left, is to pay the bills and pack.  I sure hope time, flies by.

Hi all.  December 6 can't come fast enough for me.  I am tired of being tied down to the house although I do get out a little bit.  I still go to PT but my rehab isn't going fast enough for me.  These knees won't keep me down.  Hopefully, they will both be 100% in December.  I had a hard time gettin on the ship from the tender in June but I made it.  This time my son and son-in-law can help me.  I don't want to miss out of going into the Caymans.  I am so ready for this cruise.

 Joan - I think I told you that my friend had his knee done last Dec. He was back at work (contruction) by June full time. This will be his first cruise since the surgery and he is really excited plus the knee is working really well.

You have a couple more months to get those knees strong and then a nice relaxing back to back cruise.  I look forward to meeting up with you on the cruise and celebrating those new knees
