Won a Cruise on Carnival

While we were on our cruise 7/11/09 Carnival Fantasy, we won a cruise playing bingo (raffle tickets). I mailed all my info in and we have not heard anything back. Very concerned about it. Is there an email address where I can contack someone? I called and left a message but no one returned my call.

Did you keep a copy of the paperwork before you sent it in? If you did, then there should be a number to call on that paperwork. If not then call Carnival and inquire. Keep calling.
